I ordered a couple of diecasts from nascardiecast.com, and I was half expecting at least one little mix-up because I had a few in my cart and you know how that can go, but nope, everything showed up exactly right. Same cars, same drivers, numbers all matched, the whole thing. I kept checking them as I opened the box like, okay this one’s right, and this one too, and by the end I was just happy with it. Simple order, no surprises, exactly what I wanted.

I like the stuff here. I really do. Picked up a few things recently and the quality was solid, no complaints there. But then I saw the total and just kind of paused. Feels like prices have crept up a lot lately. Maybe it’s just me, but it doesn’t feel as fair as it used to

"Refund was slower than I expected"
I returned my order and the whole refund process took way longer than I’m used to. Most other stores I’ve dealt with get the money back quickly, but this one dragged on and the refund came in late. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than the crowd.

As soon as I opened the box, I had that instant gut feeling that something wasn’t quite right. The diecast arrived fine, but a few of the details and the packaging just felt off to me. I’m not saying it’s definitely fake, but it didn’t feel like the authentic piece I was expecting. a bit disappointing.

I ordered a diecast and for the most part the listing was right, driver, scale, paint scheme, all the main stuff checked out. But a few of the smaller details and photos didn’t quite line up with what actually arrived, so something felt off and I ended up double-checking everything after it got here. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Shipping was fine, and I’d probably order again, but I do wish the product details were kept a little more accurate.

I ordered a diecast car from NASCAR Diecast and it arrived in perfect condition. The box was packed really well with plenty of padding, and nothing was sliding around inside. I’ll admit I had mixed feelings at first because I was worried it might get damaged during shipping, but everything turned out fine. Overall, happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again.

"Tracking was fine, but delivery felt a little slow"
I ordered a diecast and it did eventually show up, so I can’t really complain too much. I was kind of in a rush to get it, though, and the tracking made that a bit frustrating because it stayed on the same status for days without much detail.
The package arrived in decent shape and everything was okay once it got here. I just wish the shipping updates had been clearer and a little more timely. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the smoothest.

I ordered a diecast and yeah, it did arrive in good shape, so that part was fine. The shipping just took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking kind of sat there without much movement for a few days, which was... a bit annoying honestly. Not a terrible experience or anything, just not exactly quick. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t trying to get it fast.

I was a little worried at first because some diecast sites can feel like a maze, but this one was actually really easy to use. I found what I needed fast, which was a relief, and checkout was simple too. Kind of went from expecting to be annoyed to being pleasantly surprised. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was happy with the mix of cars on NASCAR Diecast. They had older ones, newer releases, different drivers, and even a few sizes I don’t usually come across on other sites.

It actually took me a bit to decide because there was so much to look through, but that’s not a bad problem to have. Good site overall, and I’ll probably check back again

I’d been looking everywhere for this limited car and somehow kept missing it because my timing was always terrible. Luckily, they actually had it in stock when I checked, so I grabbed it right away. Really glad I found it here

"They got back to me so fast I was honestly shocked"
I had a quick question about my order and I swear they replied way faster than I expected. No weird back-and-forth, no getting passed around, none of that nonsense that usually makes me want to throw my phone across the room. Super easy to deal with, and I was way happier about the service than I probably should be.

"Backorder communication could use some work"
I ordered a diecast that was listed as backordered, and it did eventually arrive, so no issue there. The only thing was I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. Maybe they’re just short-staffed or don’t have an automatic update system set up, I’m not sure, but it would’ve been nice to get a heads-up when there was a delay. Overall, not a bad site, just wish the communication was a bit better.
